OHRA is a direct writer and forms the direct division of Delta Lloyd Group. Delta Lloyd Group aims to be one of the leading companies in financial services in Northwest Europe within a few years. OHRA provides its insurance producs and financial services online as well and these can usually be ordered 24 hours a day.

Stroomt helped OHRA improve online application forms and procedures and related services. Stroomt helped with consultancy and design. Stroomt reviews the online application forms and examines whether the current requested data can be presented easier (read: shorter and clearer) to end users.

These procedures are designed for multiple types of users, including new customers, existing customers and employees. In this improvement process, in addition to online application workflows, call center aplications applications are involved. Stroomt is part of the team that makes interaction designs to support the processing procedures.
