ICTU

ICTU combines knowledge in the area of ICT and government and carries out a range of programmes for and with government organisations. The programme bureau "Advies Overheid.nl" is an example of this. They are joint responsible for an accessible government on the internet.

Stroomt helped the programme bureau with projects surrounding decentralised regulations, permits and announcements. For Stroomt the focus was on metadata: the handbook metadata standards from RAND Europe is still hard to execute for decentralised governments. Stroomt helped Overheid.nl make the webmetadata standard executable.
