UX Strategy and Process Workshop

At Clients

This is an in house workshop that must include representatives from key stakeholders in the company or organization. The purpose is to review current best practices in a company and either create a new or fine tune an existing UX staretgy and its releavant processes within the company.

The overall structure of such a workshop is as follows:

  • Initial Workshop
    • Product/service Reviews
    • Process observations
  • Current Startegies workshop
    • mapping out current strategy and process (informal ones vs formal ones)
  • First iteration on a strategy workshop
    • discuss range of options for strategy
    • "Usability" Testing of new strategy and iterations
  • Second Iteration workshop
    • discuss a final direction for both strategy and processes
  • Third and final strategy iteration
  • Fourth and final process iteration
  • Final strategy and process with iterative growth map
