MVO Nederland
Strategy and design for MVO Nederland
Background
MVO Nederland is the national knowledige and network organisation for corporate social responsibility (CSR - MVO in Dutch). It is the starting point for every entrepeneur that wants to make their business more durable.
MVO Nederland had an outdated website that was actually brimming with content, but that was hard to fathom. At the same time the need arose for MVO Nederland to expand its partner network and to service that network better.
The solution
Fundamentally, there was the question of positioning: what would be the new MVO Nederland strategy online?
When the strategy was determined, the new website was designed as a logical translation of that strategy. The new website helps visitors in the process to learn, to take action, and to share those actions with like-minded entrepeneurs.
In the new website a beginning was made with disclosure to and service for partners. Completely in line with the new strategy, partners are helped with de nieuwe website is een begin gemaakt met dienstverlening van en ontsluiting voor partners. Geheel in lijn met de strategie worden partners geholpen met easy tools to further integrate corporate social responsibility into their organisation.
The process
This was the project process:
- Sessions with MVO Nederland to determine strategy
- business requirements
- strategic grid
- strategic matrix
- Design project where the website was formed logically and visually
- concept design
- detailed design
- specifications and functional design
- Development with the open source system Drupal, by the company One Shoe.
