Stakeholder workshops

Requirements definition workshops with all key stakeholders except, end users, which requires a different approach (see User Research).

Internal brainstorming

Sometimes going to actual stakeholders is not appropriate, maybe it is too early in the process, or it is just exploratory or there is no money, then the client will try and put themselves in the various stakeholders shoes and tries to imagine what they need. In best practices this session is a prelude to actuals stakeholder research where the client’s assumptions will be challenged, augmented, validated or invalidated.

Virtual brainstorming

Sometimes getting everyone in the same room is almost impossible. We use a combination of online tools for synchronous and asynchronous brainstorming to achieve the same goals as an actual brainstorming.
